Yung Miami is one sleep away from the biggest test of her career.

Her debut solo album Watch Dis arrives Friday, October 23.

The full track list is now public, and it runs 21 songs deep.

For Caresha Brownlee, this is far more than a release date.

It is her first full studio project standing completely on her own.

Major Takeaways

  • Watch Dis arrives Friday, October 23 with 21 songs on the official track list.
  • Dade County unites Rick Ross, Trina and Trick Daddy in a tribute to Miami rap history.

A Solo Debut Years in the Making

City Girls made Yung Miami a star beside JT.

The duo last released a full album with RAW in 2023.

The two went their separate ways in 2024 to chase solo careers.

Miami kept building in public through her talk show Caresha Please.

That show aired its final season in 2024.

Since then, every move has pointed toward this one album.

She announced the title and release date on October 2.

Singles titled F U and 2008 arrived earlier this month.

F U was produced by London On Da Track.

The song 2008 was produced by J White.

Each single showed a different side of her solo voice.

Now the track list shows the full scope of the statement.

Dade County Puts Miami History on One Track

The centerpiece for hometown fans is a song called Dade County.

It brings together Rick Ross, Trina and Trick Daddy.

Those three names built Miami rap across three different eras.

Ross turned the city into a luxury rap capital.

Trina carried the Diamond Princess banner for a generation of women.

Trick Daddy gave the city its raw and unfiltered street voice.

Putting all three beside Yung Miami is a passing of the torch.

It also answers anyone who questioned her place in that lineage.

Miami rap has always mixed pride, pain and celebration.

A hometown record like this roots her solo debut in that soil.

For Black women in Southern rap, the symbolism runs deep.

Trina opened doors that City Girls later walked through.

Now Yung Miami brings Trina onto her own debut album.

That circle matters to fans who grew up on both eras.

Guests Stretch From Atlanta to the Caribbean

The guest list reaches far beyond Miami without losing its center.

Just Might Go pairs Yung Miami with Travis Scott.

TMTC teams Quavo with G Herbo on one song.

Ride for You brings Summer Walker into the R and B lane.

Old Time Sake features Bryson Tiller on another smooth record.

Baby includes Pleasure P, a voice Miami fans know well.

The range shows an artist building a full album, not a playlist.

Rap records sit beside slow jams and hometown tributes.

That balance has long defined great Miami albums.

It also gives casual listeners several doors into the project.

Spend Dat Already Proved She Could Carry a Hit

The solo run started long before this release week.

Tea Time opened the campaign back in February.

Spend Dat followed in April and changed the conversation.

The song became her first solo top 20 hit on the Hot 100.

It climbed to number 17 on that chart.

It also rose to number 2 on Hot Rap Songs.

The record topped urban and rap radio along the way.

Two official remixes arrived on August 28.

One remix added Lil Baby and Kodak Black.

The other went international with Davido, Shenseea and Vybz Kartel.

Both remix versions appear on the Watch Dis track list.

That means the album carries its proven hit in two forms.

It also connects Miami to Atlanta, Florida and the Caribbean at once.

For a debut solo album, that is serious commercial footing.

Tears of Joy on the Eve of Release

The emotion behind this album is not a marketing angle.

Her September 30 trailer opened with public criticism of her music.

Clips included voices calling her work weak and doubting her talent.

She answered in her own words inside that same trailer.

“I don’t know how some days I built the courage to go in the studio to even record,” she said.

“But I remember putting all my emotions, all of that energy, everything that I felt, into this album.”

This week she described the feeling as tears of joy.

“It’s like tears of joy,” she said.

“I feel like people gonna like it because I got taste.”

“I know they’re gonna love it.”

She has also explained what solo recording unlocked for her.

Alone in the booth, she can express herself in ways a group record never allowed.

“I could’ve come back with one song and played it safe, but why?” she said.

“I’m confident in what I made.”

Friday will test that confidence against a crowded release day.

The Cordae and Anderson .Paak album story lands on the same date.

Still, Watch Dis carries a story no other release can copy.

A Black woman from Miami bet on herself after a public split.

She absorbed the doubt, kept recording and built 21 songs.

On Friday, the city and the culture get to judge the result.
