From Burden to Breakthrough: Living In-Between with Faith and Healing

Welcome to the Deepest Within You podcast show. My name is Chastity McMillan. We are thrilled to have you join us on the spiritual journey all around the world where we’ll dive into the profound depth of the human soul exploring the bond connection that binds us all.

This podcast is dedicated to bring you inspiring stories, enlightening discussion, and transforming insight that will help you connect with your inner self and the world around you. Whether you’re seeking spiritual growth, inner peace, or simply a moment of reflection, our episodes are designed to uplift and guide you on your path. We hope you find solace, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of yourself throughout our podcast.

Thank you for being part of our community, Deepest Within You, finding your in-between, and living your in-between. We all love to be in the driver’s seat, to have a sense of control in our lives. I know I did.

Christ sacrificed his life for us to live freely within him. I allow him to be the pilot, and I’m the co-pilot within my journey. Today we say, Jesus take the wheel.

During my healing journey, honestly at times, I wanted to be in control of the situation. Walking through the journey of healing when it comes to emotional, mental, and physical healing, we as individuals carry, pick up, or attach ourselves to things that hold a lot of weight. Imagine carrying weights around with you all day and every day, never putting them down.

Doesn’t that seem practical to do, right? I can’t imagine we sometimes carry an unnecessary weight and do not put it down or release it. How we continue to pack it on, maybe something small the next day, something small. Imagine each day, and those things through our life, we release by taking small steps.

We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it. Proverbs 16 and 9. How many of us have planned the way we want to live? We have envisioned desires and dreams. We have written them down, our plans, maybe on vision boards or journaling or maybe hidden thoughts within us.

Discerning God’s will through scripture and prayer, a divine ordained purpose of spiritual journey, our life aligns with spiritual principles. Our plan with fasting and praying reveals specific details, spiritual goals, and physical preparation through prayer and fasting. The Lord reveals to us through revelation when we see the kingdom of heaven of who, what, where, when, or why, giving us a clear and exact understanding.

Spiritual goals can connect to a higher purpose that align our lives with what we believe in Christ. Dive into a deeper purpose that leads us towards meaningful growth. Exploring our spiritual blueprint and understanding of receiving God’s wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.

Living our lives in between with an inner transformation. Aiming or striving for qualities of love, compassion, gratitude, and inner peace. Attaining Christ’s attributes in a spiritual evolution.

So rather than only success in materialistic mindset, we cultivate a balanced and fulfilling spiritual life, a journey, a blueprint, or a roadmap we have prepared for ourselves. Living our in-between will represent loving our in-between. Is there a time within your day set aside for daily prayer, meditation, reading scripture, or scarce texts? We can walk in the now each day with daily awareness, practice forgiveness, and quiet our minds.

Involving in our hope of our daily lives through volunteering work, performing acts of kindness, or visiting people who are sick or isolated reminds us of our own journey. Practicing a deeper sense of gratitude, nurturing, intuition, and receiving inner wisdom of finding inner peace in our journey. What feels right to you? Reflection on your spiritual life.

What do you want to grow closer to? Something deeper within you. What do you want to achieve with kindness or practicing gratitude? Spiritual growth includes prayer, meditation, Bible studying, fasting, and worship, and receiving compassion, forgiveness, humility, and wisdom. Self-awareness or integrity, gratitude, and a deeper connection to Christ is an ongoing process strengthening your spirit with his life, self-development, or your inner life.

Self-discipline to encounter God and living according to his will is necessary in compromising along with physical fitness. Going to find God through the stewardship of the body involves maintaining a healthy serving of God’s purpose and fulfilling life needs with care and respect. The body is considered a temple of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible encourages us to develop healthy habits, practice self-control, and exercise moderation in all things including diet and exercise. It’s offering practical steps to meet our daily needs, face life challenges with planning and foresight. This enables us to serve God effectively and endure through life difficulties.

It helps us stay prepared for the challenges by trusting God’s guidance and strength. It’s also a form of foundation practice for spiritual growth, understanding God’s will, and deepening our relationship with him. Maintaining discipline and physical health is the key to transforming encounter through studying God’s word and practical godly attitudes and behavior.

The Bible emphasizes consistent discipline and effort to pursue spiritual maturity similar to how an athlete trains. The main motivation for maintaining physical health should be to glorify God and serve him with our whole selves. Spiritually, physically, and preparing actions strengthen us through spiritual training and character development both now and in the future.

We develop spiritual readiness to embrace purpose of spiritual encounters such as in Psalms 23 5 where the Lord’s prepare and take before the faithful. Sometimes it’s good to reflect how do we prepare our food. Most of the time we want to prepare our food real real good that’s fulfilling to us, that’s loving to us, that fills our mind, heart, body, and soul.

Imagine God has already prepared that for you. God always prepare the ways and provide for his people. He ordains and establishes all for his throne in heaven.

Think of it as preparing a meal. How do you like your food prepared? He aligns our plans in suitable order for his purpose. Proactively preparing requires times and attention.

Encourage a shift of positivity to active engagement in our spiritual life and responsibility. As we prepare for the future, we are called to seek the Lord God for different circumstances, demonstrating a balance of foresight and trust. As we identify the deepest within us to allow personal growth, we deepen our faith connection with Christ, trusting in the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us by committing our decision to God’s plan, self-development, of setting specific and achievable goals for our spiritual journey, and prioritizing them.

We incorporate prayer, fasting, self-examination, remembering that self-judgment, but please don’t hold it towards you. God has already forgiven you for everything, everything, and he sees you so much different than what we see ourselves. We’re getting back to others and community involvement.

We contend to develop relationship and accountability, providing a set aside time to reflect, evaluate on our experiences, leading us with biblical principles, tools, and resources for God within our journey. A spiritual plan starts small and it is freaking on our pathway. As we come to the end of today’s episode, I want to thank you for joining me on this journey exploring the deepest within you, within the faith, the inner core of your spirit through God, and I hope our discussion has inspired you to look within, connect with your inner self, remember the path to self-awareness, self-exploration, self-discovery.

A personal growth is a continuous journey. Every step you take brings you closer to the field and purpose deepest within you. Embrace the journey, trust the process, allow yourself to glow and grow through this experience.

I encourage you to continue exploring biblical principles and spiritual teachings that resonate with you and to apply them in your daily life, finding your in-between. That’s the hope within God. Thank you for being a part of this conversation.

If you have any thoughts and experiences you’d like to share, please reach out to urbancitypodcast.com or chasitydmcmillanayahoo.com. Until next time, keep seeking, keep growing, and keep living your in-between, which is love. Love, God said, above all things. Love and love yourself.

I pray, decree, and declare that these words are not by might, but by the Holy Spirit. Resign, ignite, bring a revelation to your life of the Lord’s purpose and alignment with Him. Have a beautiful and glorious week.

God’s blessings and much love to you.
