Thank you for being a part of our community through faith, hope, and love all around the world. Today we’re exploring a profile inspired by Isaiah 9. For a child is born to us. A son is given to us.

The government will rest on his shoulders and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. As we celebrate this week with family and friends, remembering the true reason for the season of festivities represents a unique aspect of divine guidance and comfort available to believers. Christ offers wisdom and guidance, helping individuals navigate life and challenges and decision with spiritual insight.

If any of you lack wisdom, lay him as a God who gives to all, liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1 and 5. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. John 14 and 26.

Invite God’s guidance to your decision. When you feel uncertain, pause and pray for wisdom. Trust the Holy Spirit will lead you and remind you of God’s truth.

Emphasizing God’s strength and power to overcome adversity, provide a protection and support in times of need. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord is strong and mighty. The Lord mighty in battle.

Psalms 24 and 8. Our Lord God, behold, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arms. There is nothing too hard for you. Jeremiah 32 and 17.

Remember that God’s power is greater than any challenge you face. In a moment of weakness or adversity, lean on his strength. Highlight the eternal, nurturing relationship God offers, assuring believers of unconditional love and care.

As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him. Psalms 103 and 13. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish.

No one will snatch them out of my hand. My father who has given them to me is greater than all. No one can snatch them out of my father’s hand.

Rest in assurance of God’s unconditional love. Let his compassion heal your heart and inspire you to show kindness to others. Christ brings inner peace, healing, and restoration, even in the midst of turmoil or uncertainty.

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.

Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14, 27. In the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, with God your hearts, your mind, and Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4 and 7. In times of anxiety or turmoil, seek God’s peace. Create a moment of stillness to breathe deeply and invite his presence. Today, we choose to walk in wisdom, strength, love, and the peace of God.

We trust that God’s promises in Isaiah 9 are true for us and we will reflect his light in all that we do. Luke 2, 13-14. At once, the angel was joined by a huge angelic choir singing God’s praises.

Glory to God in the heavenly heights. Peace to all men and women on earth who please him. Today, we will close out in a beautiful prayer.

Our Father, thank you for being a gift for your son who is our wonderful counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father. Press up peace as we reflect on your word today. Help us to receive your wisdom, strength, love, and peace in every area of our lives.

Please watch over our family and friends as we come together to celebrate your son, Jesus Christ. As we prepare to be the light and joy, let’s practice generosity and sharing blessings with others this season. Spread the light and joy to those in gratitude and love.

As Jesus promised, let your joy be in us and our joy be made complete. Guide us to share smiles or lifting words after compassion. Let your light within us inspire others and bring comfort to those in need.

May we always remember that true joy comes from you and that your presence gives us strength to shine brightly. As we go forth, let us embrace our purpose, trust your guidance, and carry your light in every moment. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
