Finding Your In-Between: Healing, Faith, and the Deepest Within You

Welcome to The Deepest Within You podcast show. My name is Chasity McMillan, and I’m so glad you’ve joined us on this spiritual journey — where we dive deep into the human soul and explore the divine connections that bind us all, whether male or female.

This podcast is dedicated to bringing you inspiring stories, enlightened discussions, and transformative insights to help you connect with your inner self and the world around you. Whether you’re seeking spiritual growth, inner peace, or simply a moment of reflection, each episode is designed to uplift and guide you along your path.

As Philippians 4:6 reminds us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

Today, I want to talk about brokenness, healing, and faith — those seasons in life when everything feels heavy, uncertain, or out of control.

God hears and sees everything. In moments of distress, anxiety, panic, or disappointment, when your heart feels like it can’t carry the weight anymore — He’s still there. I’ve lived it. I’ve cried through it. And I’ve seen Him move when I least expected it.

Yes, I believe in miracles, signs, and wonders — but I also believe in the process God takes us through to build our faith, hope, and love. Quick answers don’t always grow us; patience does.

When I walked away from my own painful situation — unsure where I’d live or how I’d provide for my children — everything that could go wrong did. My truck caught fire right after I paid it off. My faith was tested to the limit. But even in the chaos, I saw God’s hand preparing me for peace.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight. It’s like peeling a potato — one layer at a time, removing the pins of past pain, and allowing God’s love to fill the empty spaces.

We have power through Him to overcome emotional and mental battles like anxiety, depression, or trauma. “I am leaving you with a gift — peace of mind and heart,” Jesus said in John 14:27.

Every morning, His mercies are new. His love never quits (Lamentations 3:22-24).

And when you feel lost, remember — you can always walk through your own Red Sea. Like Assyria, Pharaoh’s wife — one of the first women in Scripture to break free from domestic violence — you can cross over from bondage to freedom.

Your Red Sea might be fear, shame, depression, or trauma — but on the other side is peace, purpose, and divine design.

Have you ever experienced something that fell perfectly into place — and you just knew it was God? That’s the divine alignment that comes when you trust the process and live “in-between” — between what was and what’s yet to be.

As we close today’s episode, I want you to remember this:
The path to self-awareness, self-discovery, and spiritual growth is a journey. Every step you take brings you closer to fulfillment and purpose.

Keep exploring. Keep believing. Keep living your “in-between.”

He is the I Am that I Am — and you, my friend, are growing and glowing through your in-between.
